Dr. Murni Wan Mohd Nor

Dr. Murni Wan Mohd Nor is an Expert Researcher at the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations (IDFR) and a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). With 14 years of experience, she specializes in hate speech, human rights, and freedom of expression. Dr. Murni has recently authored her seminal book, From Hate to Hope: A Holistic Approach to Address Hate Speech. She actively shares her expertise with government bodies (like SEARCCT) and industry partners (like META).
