Entitled “Gen Zs in the Workplace: Challenges and Opportunities”, this paper looks into the Gen Z perspective and the challenges and opportunities that it brings for organisations today. It focuses on their underlying stressors that may or may not affect their perceptions of work. These include flexibility in workplace arrangements, control (or lack thereof) in their work, and their understanding of what a work-life balance truly is.
