Jitsai Santaputra
Jitsai Santaputra is the Co-Founder of Youth for Energy Southeast Asia (Y4E-SEA), a youth-led non-profit organization to support and connect youths working on the just energy transition in the region. She is a Youth Energy Advocate, having represented the ASEAN voice at international conferences and venues such as UNFCCC COP26, COP28, G20 Youth Summit, New York Climate Week, TED Countdown Summit, BRICS Youth Energy Summit, and Sustainable Energy for ALL Forum, among others. Jitsai champions the inclusion of women and youth in decision making roles and works to raise awareness of the opportunities and challenges of the just transition in Southeast Asia. Professionally, she is a Consultant at The Lantau Group, based in Bangkok. She provides in-depth analysis of energy markets in Asia Pacific and supports clients on their broader energy transition plans and M&A activities. She is an active member of Global Shapers Bangkok Hub, an initiative by the World Economic Forum and formerly served as SEforALL and TED Countdown's SDG7 Global Youth Ambassador for Southeast Asia 2023-24. She was recently appointed the Lead Youth Delegate for Thailand to UNFCCC COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
